The Salvation of the Catholics
Members of the Roman Catholic Church do not know the truth about Christ's way of saving man from the day of God's wrath. They thought that by merely calling the name of Christ and do the things they thought are good will lead them to salvation. They are taught by the Catholic Authorities that through their so-called Holy Mass, souls from purgatory will be sent to heaven. However, we should consider asking the Holy Bible. Is it enough for all Catholics to call the name of Christ for them to be saved? Christ taught that calling His name is not a guarantee for them be saved:
21"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. (Matthew 7:21, NIV)What should they do? Christ said, one should do the will of God:
21"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. (Matthew 7:21, NIV)And what is the will of God concerning Christ and all the things that should be done? According to Aposlte Paul, the will of God is to gather in one all the things in Christ.
9And he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, 10to be put into effect when the times will have reached their fulfillmentto bring all things in heaven and on earth together under one head, even Christ. (Ephesians 1:9-10, ibid)But how could it be? Is it possible to gather in one all things in Christ? Yes. It is really possible. Apostle Paul attested:
4 For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, 5 so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another. (Romans 12:4-5, NKJV)The said body of Christ is the church.
18 And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence. (Colossians 1:18, ibid)It is not just any churches, but only the Church of Christ.
16 Greet one another with a holy kiss. The churches of Christ greet you. (Romans 16:16, ibid)The Church of Christ is the church founded by Christ Himself:
18 And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. (Matthew 16:18, ibid)Therefore, Catholics will be saved on Judgment day only if they will enter, join and become part of the true Church of Christ. If you are members of the Roman Catholic Church, you better think and strive to become members of the true Church of Christ so that you will receive the promised Salvation.

How Can I Know The True Church?
Let's set the record straight. There's only one Body of Christ. It has no name but His Name. It has no creed but the Spirit-anointed Book with 66 parts. It has no head but Christ. Its members are wildly diverse in thinking, looks, skin-color, and giftedness.
That means that my group is not the only group. That means I can't draw circles around my group that exclude you. Even doctrinal circles. Our understandings are growing. No denomination has arrived. They are all flawed. The perfect churches are the ones on fire with God's awesomeness and being persecuted by the fires of man's awfulness. Perfect does not mean only doctrinally pure.
No Pope or Chief Elder or Superintendent died for your sins. They are not worthy to lead. True men of God in the church of Jesus will submit to each other and all to Christ. Little lords are not needed. One big One is enough. Men who are lording over God's inheritance need to step down.
No label fits the child of God. No doctrinal or denominational title says it all. Throw me a label and I will throw it back. I will not be written off or written out because someone has said I do not belong. If my sins are washed away, and if the Word of God is true, and if there is one Lord and one church, I do belong, forever.
"Ah, so you are an ecumenist!" You see, here come the labels already! No, Christ excludes from his church all who are not born again, regardless of their seemingly glowing credentials. Not everyone will be saved!
"A legalist then!" No, the grace of God cuts across assemblies where most of us would not be found dead. Oh the surprised looks there will be when saints are raptured out of groups we had assigned to Hell! Oh the despair as those who attended "good" churches are lost forever!
The church has invisible borders. Only those with God-trained eyes know where the borders run. Follow the blood trail. The blood of Christ. The blood of the martyrs. There is the Church. Not your little group or mine. Not your little ideas or mine. When it is over, only God's Word and those in whom it dwells will stand.

Yoga - Do These Four Moves to Bust Your Stress Fast
I know you're a busy person with no time for a full workout. However, when stress hits, it's when you need it most.
Let me give you a 4 yoga mini-routine moves to help you unwind and recharge - all without having to go into gym attire.
Side Plank. This targets and firms the arms, chest, back, waist, abs and legs. On your belly with forearms on the floor under shoulders, exhale as you rotate to the right, turn left arm forward, stack legs, and extend your right arm. Hold for 5 breaths, then rotate back to the plank. Repeat on your left side.
Corpse Pose. This targets the entire body. Here's what you do. Lie face up, legs extended, arms at the sides, palms up. Breathe deeply as you focus on and relax on one body part at a time from your legs to your head. Thoughts will come and go, acknowledge them and let them drift away. Relax in this pose for at least 3 to 5 minutes.
Cobbler's Pose. This targets the abs, lower back, legs. Go and sit with the soles of your feet together, hands on the floor behind hips. Inhale and lift your chest without the back arching. Take 10 breathes, then relax, hugging your knees to your chest. Do this 4 times.
Child's Pose. This targets the back, shins and the top of the feet. So begin by going on all fours then sit back on you heels. Lower your forehead to the floor, bringing your hands next to your feet, palms facing the ceiling. Rest for about 10 breaths.
Make sure you inhale deeply as you breathe throughout and during all the moves. Enjoy this mid-day stress busting yoga break.

Yoga in 2009 - It's Time For a Change
Yoga makes us realize that one person can change people for the best. Continued small changes can add up to major changes. The beginning of change, in any culture or society, starts within the thoughts of one or more people.
At the beginning of each year, we evaluate the past, plan for the future, and move forward with optimism. This year on January 1, 2009, the people of the world open their eyes with a vision of the future. We have choices and many decisions for 2009, but commitment is always the key to making changes.
It is so easy to lack commitment in relationships, work, and lifestyle changes. Most New Year's resolutions lack sincerity or commitment. The reason is because we have to believe a resolution is possible.
Barack Obama's campaign slogan, "Change you can believe in," comes to mind. When going up a flight of stairs, you are better off keeping track of each step up a stair case than to focus on arriving at the top step. If we do not focus on each step, the risk of falling down the stair case is much greater.
This attention to detail is a lesson we learn from life. If you want to make positive changes, write your goal down, but underneath the goal you should note each step that is required for you to accomplish your ultimate goal. This planning process is worth every minute or hour you invest.
No matter what form of Yoga you practice, there are bench marks and mile stones along your journey. Life is the same way, because small steps of achievement are the highway toward success. Some Yogis will criticize self-improvement, goal setting, and success enhancement techniques.
Consider this: If each of us gave up on the search for success, would we be helping our families or the world? Classic Yoga texts required a Yogi with a goal. The opposite of achieving is failing and quitting. Do we want to endorse failing and quitting? Yoga would not be the system it is today, if all of its practitioners were against self-improvement.
Therefore, see Yoga for what it is. Yoga is the mother of all self-improvement systems. Yoga is also the mother of all health maintenance systems. The first requirement, on the path toward success, is to see endless possibilities and reality at the same time. This is why Yoga students, of all kinds, take small, but sure, steps forward.
